It’s a complex and scary time right now, and that’s why we are working as hard as we can to deliver our boxes of hair gems.
For now, it’s business as usual at Maxx Box, your orders will still be delivered on time to the best of our ability Our amazing warehouse staff have been retrained to adapt to new hygiene standards for packaging.
For now, let’s take this opportunity to come together and continue to lift each other up with love.
DELIVERY ISSUES
Please contact our very friendly Customer Care Team at (email address eg help @) Please take note that there will be a $16 (AUD) re-postage fee if the following applies:
- The address was been entered incorrectly
- The address was not updated before our shipment list was collected
- The Maxx Box parcel was not picked up from your local post office after an attempted delivery. We recommend that the delivery address that you use is where you will most likely be during business hours. Your account details including your shipping address can be changed at any time by logging into your Maxx Box account via the My Account link in the top right on the website. Currently, Maxx Box is only available in Australia.
TRACKING
Once your Maxx Box order has left, our dispatch team will send you a tracking email so you can track your order right to your door!
MISSING/DAMAGED ITEM
On the rare occasion that your item arrives damaged or a product is missing, please send an email to our Customer Care Team at (email) and they will happily assist you.
Kindly take note that we are only able to process requests for replacements within a four week window of you receiving your box.
PAYMENT
Currently, we accept credit/debit card payments via Stripe. If you need to change your payment method, this can be done within your account on the Maxx Box website.

- Login with your email and password. (or reset your password if required)
- Click the Payment Methods link
Your first box will be paid in full on ordering. Once you receive your 1st Box your subscription will be charged every 6 weeks.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Maxx Box memberships may be cancelled or paused at any time. All membership cancellation requests can be completed via your My Account area.
Need help to cancel or pause your account? We would love to have you as part of our Maxx Box community, but we totally understand if Maxx Box is not for you right now or if you need a little break. Contact us for assistance.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
For our Maxx Box subscriptions, shipping is free!
Any shop purchases with a minimum spend of $100 are shipped for free. Purchases under $100 are charged a flat $8.95 fee.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?
We process all orders within 48 hours each business day. Deliveries take place between Monday to Friday, we suggest you make the delivery address where you will be during this time. We recommend that the delivery address that you use is where you will most likely be during business hours.If you are not at home during the delivery time, your parcel will be left in a secure location out of the weather.
CAN I TRACK WHERE MY MAXX BOX IS?
You sure can! Once your parcel has left our warehouse, we will send your tracking number so you can track your package.
DO YOU SHIP OVERSEAS?
Maxx Box is only available to residents of Australia.
RETURNS
MY ITEMS WERE DAMAGED IN DELIVERY, CAN I RETURN IT?
Of course! We’re so sorry your item arrived in that condition – it certainly didn’t leave us like that! All products are checked for quality before dispatch and while we try our best to ensure that the product is delivered to you in perfect condition, the product may be damaged in the delivery process. Should this happen you can return the damaged items and we will resend the product for free. Please contact our Customer Care Team at ( email) and include the order number and reason for the return, if damaged please include a photo. If required, Maxx Box shall bear the costs of all domestic return shipping.
